Responsibilities :
Qualification : • S1 Degree (S2/Master degree will be an advantage)
• At least 4 years experience in Oil and Gas/Geothermal Industry
• Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau)
• Desiring to work in a multicultural and diverse organization
• Education Background: General Practitioners (preferably Masters degree)
• Minimum 4+ years experiences
• Technical Competencies: Functional Medical Management, Clinical Management, Occupational Health, Safety & Industrial Hygiene: HIPERKES, Human Management, Microsoft Office
• Structural Competencies in Team Leadership, Resource Planning, Performance Management, Developing Others, and Decision Making • Having doctor registration from the Indonesian Doctor Association (KKI)
• No government assignment obligation
• Having fully meet one time assignment from the government as General Practitioner
• Having certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
• Be able to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings and to builds and maintains trust, respects and supports others. Strives to earn the trust of colleagues and partner
